For trade partners

Got a client stuck on the insurance side?

Roofers, GCs, plumbers, and restoration pros: when the carrier's scope doesn't match reality, send the claim our way. You keep the repair. We handle the insurance side, so the recovery reflects what the policy owes.

You keep the repair

We handle the insurance side. You stay the contractor of record. No steering, no kickbacks, no carve-outs.

Bigger approved scope

Our line-item documentation and policy review typically expand the approved scope, which expands what you can rebuild.

We protect the relationship

Your client thanks you for the referral. We coordinate scope, timing, and supplements directly with your office.

When to send a client to us

If you're hearing any of this from a homeowner, refer it.

  • "The insurance company only approved a partial roof."
  • "My estimate is way higher than what the carrier paid."
  • "They denied the claim, said it was wear and tear."
  • "The check came in but it doesn't cover code or O&P."
  • "I already cashed the check, am I stuck?" (No, supplements are still possible.)
  • "I have a commercial / multifamily / HOA loss and don't know where to start."

How it works

  1. 1. You refer. Fill out the short form below, or just call us with the client on the line.
  2. 2. We review the claim. Free policy and damage review for your client. We're paid a percentage of the recovery; if we don't recover more than the original settlement, they owe us nothing.
  3. 3. We coordinate scope. We share our documentation with you so the rebuild and the settlement match.
  4. 4. You rebuild. Your client thanks you for the introduction.

How we fit alongside your work

We don't replace what you do. We pick up the slack.

You already work the insurance side of your own scope; inspecting the damage, writing a detailed estimate, meeting the carrier's adjuster on the roof, pointing out what got missed, explaining code items, defending your numbers. That's your expertise, and nothing about a referral takes it away from you.

What we add is everything the claim drags in beyond your trade. Policy language and coverage arguments. Interior and contents damage nobody bid. Code upgrades, additional living expenses, business interruption, depreciation withheld, re-inspections, appraisal. Those pieces sit outside your scope, and left alone they quietly shrink the settlement your client has to build with.

So the two roles stack rather than compete. You keep the repair, the client, and the conversation about your own estimate. We carry the whole-claim position on our license, bond, and E&O, and share our documentation with your office so the settlement and the rebuild match. Your client gets a complete recovery instead of a partial one, and you get a cleaner approved scope to build from.

What stays with you

  • Inspect and document the damage
  • Write a detailed repair estimate
  • Meet the carrier's adjuster on site and point out missed damage
  • Explain repair methods and code requirements
  • Discuss supplements and clarifications on your own estimate
  • Own the repair and the client relationship start to finish

What we add past your scope

  • Interpret the policy and argue coverage
  • Document damage and losses outside your trade
  • Pursue code upgrades, ALE, contents, and withheld depreciation
  • Represent the whole claim position and negotiate settlement value
  • Carry it through reinspection, supplements, appraisal, and settlement
