Explain My Estimate

We'll explain your insurance estimate.

You received the estimate from your insurance company. Maybe a check too. And you still have no idea if the number is right. Upload it and a licensed Texas public adjuster will walk you through what it says, what it might be missing, and what to ask next. No cost, no obligation, no pressure to hire anyone.

What you get

This is a real review by a real person, not an automated report. You'll get:

  1. 01

A 30-minute phone call. We walk through your estimate together, in plain English, line by line where it matters.

  2. 02

A one-page written summary. What type of disagreement you have, what the insurance company's position appears to be, where the open questions are, and what a site visit could confirm that paper can't.

  3. 03

Straight answers. If we don't think a public adjuster is likely to add value, we'll tell you.

Reviews are performed by Troy Frost, Texas licensed public adjuster #3509920.

How it works

  1. 1

Tell us how to reach you and pick a time.

We'll call you at the number you provide.

  2. 2

    Upload your documents.

The insurance company's estimate is the only one we need. A declarations page, contractor estimate, or any carrier letters help if you have them.

  3. 3

    Get the explanation.

We review every estimate before your call, so your time isn't spent waiting while we read. On the call, we walk through what we found, and you keep a written summary.

Fair questions

Is this actually free?
Yes. Public adjusters in Texas only earn a fee if you hire one and your claim pays, and hiring someone is entirely your call. Most people who use this just want to understand their estimate, and that's what we'll help you do.
Who does the review?
Troy Frost, a Texas licensed public adjuster (license #3509920) based in Plano. Not software, not a call center. The person who reads your documents is the person on your call.
What if my claim was denied?
Send the denial letter along with whatever estimate exists. Understanding the reason for a denial is often more useful than the estimate itself, and it's exactly the kind of thing this review is for.
What can't this review tell me?
Anything that requires seeing the property. Paper can show what the estimate includes and what questions to ask. It can't confirm what's behind a wall or whether a roof can really be repaired. If those questions matter, we'll tell you, and a property visit is the honest next step.
I don't have an estimate yet. Can you still help?
Yes, but through a different door. If your claim is new and no estimate exists yet, contact us and tell us what happened. Early in the process is the best time to talk.
